3 Things About Myself

♦ I almost started writing about the same stuff I put here the last time I made this! 😀 So maybe just start with the fact that my memory is so bad! Like I think of writing something in this and when I start typing, it’s gone. I just can’t remember what I was about to say. This might have something to do with the fact that I get to go to bed at midnight and the little Lady wakes up 2-4 times during the night and our middle kid wakes up at 6am, zzzz

♦ I tend to feel bad about everything I do, have bad conscience. I feel that I’m a super bad mom, even though my oldest is already 5 and he’s great and they all are healthy and happy and every morning starts with they telling me they love me. I feel bad that I’m already 25 but I still don’t have education due to health issues but yet I’m still trying hard to study to get there. And everything else basically 😀 But don’t get me wrong, even though I have problems with these things, I’m still happy with my life. I just have to work with these problems.

♦ What else? Uhm, I come from a big family. I have 3 sisters and 3 brothers. But the thing here is, only one of those is my real sister. Other ones are only half siblings. Still 5 of them are really important to me and we see each others at least once a month. One of my sisters is actually the god mother of my oldest and my youngest child. Every 5 of them are younger than me, oldest of them is 23 and youngest is 15.

Questions

If you could only read either the beginning of a book for the rest of your life, or the end of a book for the rest of your life, which would you pick and why?

I’d read the beginning of a book! I mean then I could always picture different kind of ending and storyline for the book. Well, I guess that could work the other way too but this way it would be much more exciting. And then it could have either happy or sad ending, if you know what I mean.

Recommend me books with titles that start with the first letter of each letter in your name. (For ex: five letters in your name equals five book recs)

H= Heartless by Marissa Meyer
A= An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
N= Night School by C.J. Daughtery
N= The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
A= Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz

Do you think there are any cons, or negative effects, of being an avid reader? Please explain your answer either way.

I don’t think so? I mean I consider myself an avid reader and I think that books are just the perfect getaway from the real life. You’re offered a chance to get away from your life during the time you read your selected book and at least for me that alone is relaxing. But then again there’s always the monster, reading slump. And I think sometimes books might take you away for a long time without social interactions with friends and family, which ain’t always a bad thing! I mean (before my kids) I might go days without talking to anyone (oh how I enjoyed that) and it was the ultimate way for me to relax.

How often do you post on your blog? And do you have a posting schedule/plan?

Tuesday (top 5 Tuesday), Wednesday (WWW Wednesday), Friday and Saturday. As for Friday and Saturday, those tend to be days when I might or might not post. I try to post every mentioned day but you know, life. Fridays are for reviews and well there are times when I can’t finish a book in a week and there won’t be review on Friday. Saturdays are for tags, awards, challenges etcetc. I’d like to make some discussion posts someday too but for now I don’t feel confident doing that (as a Finn, my English needs a lot of training).

(Weird/Funny Question) What’s the strangest place you’ve ever taken a book with you?

What is a strange place to read? Toilet? Nah, everyone reads in toilet, right? I don’t know. I can’t think of any strange place, I read literally anywhere I go. I always have both, physical book and ebook/audio with me and I will read in the queue of the grocery store if it’s long, bus, hospitals while waiting my turn, parks, car etc.

My best post this time is this
