Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme is hosted by Sam @Taking on a World of Words. You can participate it too! Just answer the three questions below.

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Lord of Shadows. I’m currently on page 349 which, according to Goodreads, is exactly 50%. Since last week I had only read 20 pages (I know, it’s bad. 🙈) and didn’t have the time or interest to pick it up since Monday when I pushed through 240 pages. And today I’ve made it to the point where I am now and still plan on reading before sleep! I’m actually thinking that this is much better than Lady Midnight, tho the forbidden love still irritates me. But I’m trying to push it in the back of my mind and not let it bother me that much.

New World Rising. I’ve picked this book up again and I’m reading it during the night times whenever our youngest wakes up and needs to be put back in bed. I’ve only read about 12% of this ebook but it’s good, so far. Not that good that I’d feel the need to read it over Lord of Shadows but good anyway.

(I love this GIF, that kid is just adorable)

My hold of Every Heart a Doorway came to our library and it will be my next read as soon as I finish Lord of Shadows. I just hope I have enough time to actually finish it before it needs to be returned.

  1. Gosh our taste for books are great. We are both reading Lord of Shadow (tho I just finished mine) and we are both picking up Every Heart A Doorway soon! 😂 I’m hoping to pick mine up over the weekend 🤞
