I’m currently 200+ pages in Queen of Shadows! It started rather slow and it took some time for me to remember all that happened previously but I’m so hooked! If it wasn’t for school and all the 15+ books I need to read for that, I probably would have finished this one already.

RECENTLY FINISHED

I just finished I Was Here today while driving from work! It started out so good that I was almost certain I would love it. But damn the romance and relationship drama.

A Man Called Ove wasn’t my favorite either. But I think I still want to try and read Bear Town at some point this year. It sounds interesting.

READING NEXT

I have the ARC of The Orphan Sisters so that should be my next ebook. But I also got notification from our library that my hold on The Poppy War has arrived so I’ll be picking that one from the library this Saturday and hopefully be able to start it then as well! I’ve heard nothing but good things about that book. (I also want to buy it because I love that cover)

  1. I’m glad your enjoying Queen of Shadows 😁 it’s so good!
Also very happy you are picking up The Poppy War. I absolutely loved it, though it’s brutal and a bit graphic at times. I can’t wait for book 2 to come out 😁
