Hi guys! Meeghan @Meeghan Reads and Bakes nominated me for Liebster Award like ages ago. Thank you for the nomination and sorry for taking this long before doing it!

The Liebster Award is an award that exists only on the internet and is given to bloggers by other bloggers. The earliest case of the award goes as far back as 2011. Liebster in German means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing, and welcome.

QUESTIONS

What are you reading right now and what’s your impression of it?

 

Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi. And even tho I’m only 100 pages in it so far, I’m loving it! Mama Agba deserves a special mention okay? I love that fierce older lady. And I hate Amari’s mother.

What is your Hogwarts house, and do you think you should be in it, or another one?

 

Hufflepuff. This is actually the first time I’ve gotten this as an answer from the quiz. Usually it has been Ravenclaw or Gryffindor.
But this is the house that fits the best for me. The traits that Hufflepuffs have, are the ones I have. I might be a little too nice sometimes and think more about others than myself. But yeah, this is the house for me.

What is your most treasured book and why?

My Harry Potter books. Yes yes, everyone says that. But I love these books and they are kind of everything to me. And The Baby actually got her hands on one of them and ate a corner out of it, which actually made me cry. It’s silly and stupid because it is just a book but yeah…

What was your favorite book of 2017? And 2016 if you can remember that long ago!

The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas was my favorite of 2017, I think. It’s hard to decide between that and Touched by Death. But I choose THUG, it is one heck of a book after all.
And for 2016 the favorite book is An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir by far! I can’t believe it’s that long ago when I read it, I honestly thought it was last year.

If it was possible, would you store your memories and thoughts in an android before you died?

Interesting question! I honestly don’t know. I mean it would be nice to have all those stored up somewhere for my kids and grandkids but then again, what would be the point? If I had some mind blowing thoughts about something important, then maybe yes but otherwise no, I don’t think so.

Who is your least favorite character and why?

Keris from An Ember in the Ashes? She’s the first that popped in my mind. I mean I despise her so much, she makes my blood boil. But then again that kinda makes her one of my favorite characters as well. 😀

If you could spend the rest of your life in any world, where would you go (but you can’t come back)?

Is there really any other place one would want to live? I would love to visit Night Court as well but Harry Potter world is the one where I would be happy to live and never come back.

Who is your favorite author?

I would want to say J.K. Rowling but I think it’s time to answer something else, hah. I think at the moment it’s Sarah J. Maas. I love both of her series and I can’t wait to read more. She’s also coming up with a new series as well and that one sounds super intriguing!

If you could have any pet in the world, what would you have?

My son is in some ways a child with special needs and it is super hard to get him to do assignments sometimes. Or even get him to tell me what color is his shirt or how many cars he sees in the parking lot. But tho he is five years old, he knows insanely much about dinosaurs! Well his dad is the same with dinosaurs.. And truth to be told, The Son has gotten us girls interested in dinosaurs as well. So I think we would have a dinosaur 😀

Who is your favorite villain and why?

Maven Calore. I love him and I hate him and I would love to kill him myself sometimes. But still I think he is the soul of the whole Red Queen series.

BONUS QUESTION: Elephant-sized duck or duck-sized elephant?

I love elephants so I would take duck-sized elephant any time. I’m a little scared of ducks actually so I think I would die of fear if I ever saw elephant-sized duck 😀
