What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

Make It Count by Tamar Sloan. Just getting started on this book as an ebook. Received it from the author. So far, I’m really liking this. It’s kind of humorous and fast read, at least so far.

Recently Finished

Adventures In Farland is is a children’s book that I just recently finished. It was a nice change to all the YA books I’ve been reading lately and I really liked this one!
I just finished Stalking Jack the Ripper today! Despite the fact that I’ve been reading this a long time, I really, really enjoyed it! I’ll write my review today or tomorrow but I’ll just say that this really surprised me. I thought I knew all the time who’s the Ripper but I was so wrong. And that really surprised me.

Reading Next

I’m really not sure what I’ll actually read next. I have made a reservation of Glass Sword’s audiobook from our library but don’t know when exactly I’ll get that. But I did get Doctor Sleep by Stephen King from the library. But I just now realized that it’s the second book after The Shining so can I actually read this without reading The Shining?
Little Fires Everywhere is something I just recently got approved at Netgalley and I think I’d like to read that next, but we’ll see what’s going to happen.

  1. Oooh, love to read that you couldn’t figure out who Jack was in Stalking Jack the Ripper! I love it when I can’t figure it out or end up being completely wrong, haha.

Doctor Sleep is on my TBR as well; although I might wait to read that one until the days are a bit longer again.. I hate reading creepy books when it’s dark out. *pussy, yes, that’s me.*

    • Oh yeah, that is great in books like that! It really got me by surprise that I was so wrong with my suspicions!

I’m kind of pussy too, lol. When reading scary books, I can’t read them in the evening anymore because otherwise those will come to my dreams and I keep ‘seeing’ things when trying to sleep. 😀
